Continuous interaction with a number of International visitors to Chennai, India during the last few years, has encouraged me to provide a platform where guests are not only in a position to enjoy the nuances of Indian fine dining but further learn the art of cooking depending on their interest.
Nothing gives me more pleasure than a guest appreciate the delicacies prepared with all the love and finesse I have gained over 30 long years through participation in cooking competition, interaction with senior and experienced chefs across the world in varied styles of cooking be it in South Indian, North Indian, Thai or Italian.
I have carefully constructed a special kitchen, assembled all the necessary equipments and utensils and laid out a special place where the guests can have a unique experience of fine dining and also learn the art of cooking depending on their interest and passion in a picturesque and serene ambiance.
The guests will have an opportunity to choose the dishes they prefer from the special list of South Indian or North Indian or Thai menus or a combination from all the three menus as per their choice.
The guests can choose the option either to enjoy the meal exclusively or learn the art of cooking or a combination of both learning and dining.
I have also created the facility to provide the special masalas prepared with the best of ingredients and greatest care to meet our motto of Health Taste and Hygiene.
Come and enjoy the most exotic and unique experience. I would appreciate a call or email in advance to the number or email address provided in this blog to enable me to provide the most personal attention to intricacies.
